i honestly do not see the logic in it...the logical way of doing this would be everyone that got their p's before july 1st 2008 keeps rd p's and if you got them after that date you get the green p's SIMPLE! its efficient and smart..instead of wasting tax payers money sending out green p's to everyone n making a mess of things..just give them to the ****s that go for them after the set date why waste time and money swaping everything around
