How do you run that sorta boost on a n/a motor and it not detonate ?

easy mate, all in the tune, plus if its deco'd to 8.5.1 even better, its not compression that causes ping its timing and afr. Alot of turbo motors are gettin built with higher comp these days, my new forged bottom end will b 8.5.1.

Make a big power difference with the setup I want to run, or u recon im best just running standard n/a compression?? Also one other question... I was considering running the same setup (hi flow ect...) but with no cooler, and just the cross over pipe. remember this is using the malpassi rising rate and a bosh and 100% flowing injectors. what u guys recon safe to do running on 5 psi???

if you cant afford a second hand cooler kit then i dont reckon you could afford to have a VLT for a daily... have you also considered police attention, defects, EPA? not trying to shoot you down but youre in for some pain if you do this conversion and have no cash to support

yer i no what you mean mate. Im not going for any cooler kit, im getting a no holes kit, cos i dont wanna cut holes because of defect situations ect.. and ive never seen a 2nd hand gktech kit for sale yet, and theyre like $600 new. thats wat im gettn at

dude i might have a set of pipes up for grab soon, just give it some time eh? youll need a cooler for the highcomp setup, i didnt dream of doing my conversion without a cooler! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
