Black for your paintjob. It depends what colour your car is really which in your case is red. If your car was white, then red would look tops. My old man has a white VG Val and we both decided on red for his new engine, its looks fantastic with the alloy bits and pieces.
BTW PROGMH, your mates VE Valiant is ****ing mint! I see it at the Chrysler show every year. How long was the build period? I've got my eye on a VG sedan, and just waiting to snap it up. I've been currently waiting for about 2 years now lmao.
It took him a few years to build, it was done about 10 years ago. Surprisingly it has a big big dollar engine.. much bigger than mine.. and it just doesnt perform! Ran a high 12 or something... he never bothered to sort it out lol.
He has an original VF Pacer coupe for sale at the moment too!
definately black like others have mentioned it will go with the red of the car, red is a colour you can only have so much of, once you have everything red or similar (orange in this case) it starts to look abit ****y and fake just like a match box car or something
i would color code it to the car, and as for color match, doesn't matter as you wont really notice it as its surrounded by bolts, brackets, covers etc etc etc, my opinion is same as the car gives it a clean crisp look, and then you can focus on the highlights of rocker covers, manifold etc etc
Well heres one I got the other day...
I got another one this morning but I dont have a data cable at work... I can sms it to someone if they want to put it up for me. Otherwise itll be tonight.
