If your gonna lease a car your best bet would be to look at resale value. Have a look at the VW range they have a very good resale and the build quality can't be beaten. Have a look at the diesels too they really impress.

My old duck has a mazda 3, awsome car, comfortable good on fuel and still goes well, I think they look pretty good aswell. My old man has a subaru liberty, bout 2 years old, heap of sh1t, nothing but problems, uses nearly 4 liters of oil between services, Subaru say that is normal and is ok, gutless, revs too hard all the time, small and un comfortable. When the old girl was getting her car, they looked at the focus aswell, they were going to get one but apparently they were not as comfortable, the front seats were just like boards, Im not sure though that could have just been the base model, she ended up with the sp23, great car.

I have a 07 RS Subaru wagon. Its not a quick car, but its fantastic to drive, cheap on fuel, exelent in the wet, and i think look pritty kool. I would go a manaul... the auto feels a bit slugish in mine, but not to bad.

I think he wants it to blow up haha, its a company car, lets just say the company is not getting them again, the guy in Sydney that has one noticed the diff had dropped it oil out the front of his house, he rang them and told them to send a tow truck and a hire car they said it was up to him to get it there, he said fine if the tow truck isnt here in a hour, ill drive the thing the way it is too you as it is and you can fix all the problems I make on the way there. They got the tow truck there in half an hour. haha. They probably arent a bad car, it has done over 100,000 km's now.

It has heaps of standard stuff and i reckon the VRX looks "tough"..... ish. I think he may have mentioned a subaru, and a mazda 3
