I was pretty happy with the service from bms, car didnt get rolled into oncoming traffic so thats a start but I dropped the car off and walked up the street to catch a cab and the car was loaded on the truck & driving past me within 15 minutes. And the tires still had tread on them when I picked it up. Bargain.

The only problem with Trewin is that they don't specialise in car carrying, they will just fill up a truck with cars and caravans so that they aren't doing an empty backload. Autotrans main avenue of work is for removal companies such as Allied Pickfords and Grace Removals, their biggest client is the Defence force, all defence force personal that are relocated have their cars sent with Autotrans because they are whinging *******s that want the best because they aren't paying for it.

I used Auto Trans few times ok with service but i found they can be careless with customers cars E.G You sell a car to somone interstate the buyer say's why isnt this working on car??? or something else pops up during the transportation! I used a private carrier once from Sydney last car i brought interstate very happy with service and they way the handled my new car more expensive but my opinion worth it....
