1L should do.. think about it, how long will 1L take to use? will you really be on full noise for that long? and the lift pump will allways be refulling it so thats alot more fuel in there..

my brother is a aluminium fabricator his pro with a tig on aluminium he made my undercar surge tank one of the best ones i have seen when i get it back ill put some pics up if theres a demand for them maby hill make a few more what do they sell for its the best one i have seen. his welding is perfect and the tank has a cut out piece where the fuel pump goes in looks very good.

orderd some parts today will hopefully have one made by next week

How are these going? Any of you guys had any luck making one up yet? I'm really keen if anyone does it and I'm sure if the quality's pretty good then there'll definitely be a bit interest in them.

I'm dead keen on an undercar surge setup. I have a boot mounted one ready to go but would rather not have the fuel smell. I have cash waiting if anyone is willing to make one asap? Cheers, Chris

my brother is making on atm ill have to get some pics he was going to make them and sell them on here what are they worth there 4'' round and 150mm high with a dome end perfect tig welding etc and a decent mounting bracked what would people pay. ill get some pics when he finishes.

i'm still keeping my ears open for one of these, theres no room in my boot with all the amps, subs, batteries, spare wheel and tools. undercar is the only option for me.

$200 I rekon is the go for a perfect fitting (even on lower VL's) fully functioning undercar surge tank.

Im not bad on a Tig... does any one have any pics/ dimensions of the unit??

Someone get me some dimensions and i will make one.Fully tig welded yadda yadda and get me the sizes of the fittings needed for inlet outlets.

they will be more than $200 billet fittings etc more like $350 he thinks after all the stuffing round.
