Question: your radiator overflow bottle hoses; where do they go/how do they get to the radiator? And how is your power steering fluid reservoir mounted? thanks mate, the hoses go through a hole under the overflow and run under the guards with the wiring, as does the bonnet release cable. the ps reservoir is mounted with a small bracket behind the headlight. there are various pics of the setup here: http://s32.photobucket.com/albums/d18/VL_RACER/ and thanks to everyone else for the comments too, i did the bay paint myself with a few months sanding and some spray packs i got a paint shop to mix up for me. its not show quality but for $30 i can't complain. the bay was sprayed by me before with supercheap touch up cans, which were a shocking colour match up close. the original paintwork in the bay had a lot of runs in the black sealer under the top coat and looked like ****, which is what got me started with respraying it all in the first place. but now the colour is a good match and the paint is nice and thick and glossy what about the interior don't people like? is it because its white? or just because its pretty out there?

I wouldn't be a huge fan of the interior just because its white. Another colour might suit it better, but yeah good design and well done for doing it yourself. The bay, Farking good job mate, looks very clean. Thumbs up!

thanks heaps guys for the comments. i got a wheel alignment and put some fuel in it and its back on the road now for the first time in 3 months, definately good to drive it again. i'm also in the middle of doing the boot trim, most of the panels are done it just needs the white vinyl and blue carpet put in. i'll get pics up in the next few weeks when its done. i'm moving house at the moment so not much will happen in the next few days
