we had one of my VLTs [SLY.747] running 18psi at one stage, only lasted around 2 weeks and bye bye head gasket thanks to bad tuning, once it was fixed i never bothered putting it over 15! jay u should remember that thing, used to love slapping gutters lol! ive heard of a few running 17psi or so for long periods of time and having no dramas, but most people say 14-15 is the max.....depends how keen u are i suppose i myself just felt like winding it up for a laugh! lol Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I ran my standard t3 on 16psi for a little bit but generally you'll make less power on 16psi than you will on 12, it's what i found anyway. I had to take a fair bit of timing out of the middle of the map particularly on 16psi to stop it detonating (hi-comp). I think after about 12psi the old t3 is way out of it's efficiency range and just generating massive intake temps that even the best cooler will struggle with. 11-12psi is the sweet spot imo.
