yeah its a fair bit lower now, and im lovin it i couldnt beleive how ****ed the front shocks where. just squirting oil out the bottom. i'm looking for some nolathane bushes for the front as well, some of them are pretty tired. if anyone has any let me know. maybe i should put the 19's on. might stop me from thrashing it. god damn clutch bedding. so much cruising for the next couple of weeks. Thought I'd update. Finally I have the clutch in, thanks to jetvl086 saving the day with the correct allignment tool, and a hell of a lot of persistance NOT paying off... have run it in, and i'm lovin it finally can boost it in 3rd... RB20 box is a lot better than the NA dirty box. Have just put in some redline shockproof oil in the box and shortenend the shifter, and has made it smoother(from what i can tell anyway, so it should be for $38 a litre). also spoke to a guy this week about an interior. full series 2 sued beige calais more power. After all the trouble that I have had with a disease ridden, drug addict **** running me up onto the median strip, I have bought a scooter and officially taken it off the road. (see thread - http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=146284 ) calais front and resprayed front end. fix the rim up. who knows where from...

I hate doing it personally but after all the work has been done it is well worth it. Make sure you have it back on the road by summer mate Make sure you take lots of progress pictures and keep us tuned mate. Aero grill would suit it too imo. you got me enthused wayne i got started this afternoon taking it all apart: aero frontbar isnt the funnest thing to get off. bolts here, bolts there... I think the rest of the kit is coming off as well(on side is cracked), to fix any cracks. Rear bar will be coming off as well and fibreglassing over the exhaust cut out, then adding the lower aero peice of the bar in as well. then cutting the exhaust short with a little dump.
