Maybe my Taiwanese ones were made on a Friday arvo, or maybe I'm just really picky, but I'm sure if you were able to choose form a selection of TYC lights you could find yourself a mint pair. Hope this helps! Thanx a heap!! You are quite picky it would appear... but very good photos and comments - now i know what to look out for when i get mine. I think those are the same as the VK Berlina lights. I think i will get those and just replace the calais centre will a plain black one. It's not i don't like the white stripes its just that the GM ones are almost impossible to find and the one left hand one i did find was $450... and as for the Taiwanese ones, the just don't look right! I can tell they are Taiwanese at a glance, which means a lot of others will be able to also. Maybe i will just pin stipe the VK Berlina ones... i dunno... we shall see... From those photos your lights are about 50% better condition than mine and any other genuine second hand ones i've found - So looks like they might be the go! Hopefully BE still does that TYC brand - i have emailed them so hopefully the reply soon - i'm really starting to get sick of the sight of that tape! Oh and i assume the new lights come with a new rubber seal also?? I think the seal is farked on the same light and water is leaking in - Need to sort that out before winter!! Anyways... Thanks a million for ya help - will let ya know how i get on Cheers, Jason Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

For sure... i was even tempted to get a really average quality light and put it on there just so i didnt have to roll with the tape... but in the end i decided it would just be a waste of money! Just gotta save up some coin then i will go and have a look at the BE lights... hopefully it wont be long now Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Haha, yeah I can be picky at times! The lights do come with nice new rubber seals too.
