Was an alright day....good 2 see a few VL's out of their paddocks...Bit more organization would have got things flowing better.

what an awesome day, how tuff were some of those powerskids, unbelievable...
steve was going hard all day in most driving events, and from what i could tell the car was coming home in one piece on the tow truck up the freeway as well, always a bonus.
steve on that second drag run, even if you had the power, you didn't have the tyre for the job, haha, so bloody loud with the sidepipe but, sounds awesome.
brad, did you attend this year at all?, you would of had a field day and i reckon i can see you entering almost every event when your beast is completed, right up your alley
ohh and seen jack there in the trusty old vh.

seen your car too mate, we all know it has some serious mumbo.
yeah, why would you go to summernats, put up with a bunch of drunk pissheads and entrants get kicked out for a little smokeshow, when you can go to an event like this with a far better controlled crowd and you can show what you have got in the many driving events and ripping it up around eastern creek.
i thought the drifters were going at it preety hard up the back as well.

That was so sick.. shame my car is gone now although i still got to ride around the track in a couple of VLTs and other cars at times so it would be fair to say that i had an absolute blast (despite working most of the time).
Big thanks to Steve for taking me out in his VL, what a beast.. i don't think i've ever been in a VLT with that much top end before, and i've been in some pretty quick ones!

mate i watched you in the powerskid, and let me say the car sounded like a ****in animal spooling up and letting loose, you could have gone so much further it sounded so strong, its a shame it took a weird angle on you and got a bit hairy as they do it happens to the best of us, by far the best vl turbo i seen of the day.

I'm not 100% sure if it's true Ariel, but it's what I heard at powercruise 2 years ago, I wouldn't doubt it though, sounds incredibly tough.
