Ive seen tools asking as much or more for less car than that, dont know what youre getting so excited about... That looks bloody clean to me...theres probably $6k+ in the paint job if it is bare metal... Worth $13k - $15k IMO...

besides the cannon looks good.

power sounds all good.... the only reason why it doznt look worth 18 is coz of 1- CANNON 2- rims but imagine it with a normal exhaust and a nice set of FRs with white walls.. id pay 12 cash straight away n spend the otha 7 g on FRs n fixin that cannon

i like this car , looks the goods people that dont like the rims? if it had fr's or hsv style you guys would love it, nice engine bay aswell

wheels let it down, i reckon he'd get $13 - $15 without trying. also the photos let it down, you dont see how good the quality of the paint is.. clean tidy car

15 max. to whoever is selling sorry. i picked my red calais for less than that... had a fully manualised 3spd, RAJAB "10 second package" motor (bottom end work etc, rajab plenum, rajab cooler), garrett gt35/40, MOTEC ecu. that car is nice and all, the paintjob from the pics looks a lot better than mine thats for sure.... but anything around that price would hope to be a 10second car...and if not? atleast have a set of SIMMONS FR19s. come to think of it, 18k isnt that bad.. but yeah. Car will be better with 3.9 gears and electronic boost controller Engine made 350rwkw on 22psi on pump with a decent tune Made 362hp on 14psi. ^^ whats that mean? i dont understand it? the "engine made 350 REARWHEEL KILOWATTS"?? then for some reason he goes ahead and mentions that it made 350rwkw @ 22psi thats sounds like a happy dyno to me....but ohwell im pretty sure the guy can get 18k for it, people are willing to pay for sumthing 'they want' and richie, yours is easily worth 30k mate eeeeasy. RB26 head - check rb30 rebuilt with good parts - check big turbo - check calais (lol) - check best gearbox, powerglide - check powerful - check hmmm, all ur car needs is a time now all mine needs is a fk'n engine and some more money aswell lol and cmon richie? give the guy a bone... 10k for that car? no way.. id say 15k EASY. ive seen some cars sell between 10-15k and they are NOWHERE near as good as this one, come to think of it for 15k this car is a bargain... providing its perfect and there are NO problems... Lol in Sydney that car would sell for 15-17, just because your mates mates cousin got one cheaper doesn't mean this one is worth any less. The only reason i say it wouldn't go for 18 is because it's a) Not a factory Calais turbo and b) Uses slightly cheaper parts like the T4, MX7 and RX-7 injectors. 11-12k in Sydney buys you an exceptionally neat stocker (possibly restored) with excellent paint/panel an intercooler and exhaust... 15k is only 3k on top of that lol what does 3-5k extra buy you these days? Rego, stamp duty and a set of wheels lol... this thing would have buckets spent on it on top of that!

all he needs to do to sell is slamm it on signitures like everyone else does and he would have a ne555 copy and ppl will b rushing to buy it, its not that bad of a package and is worth 15k

You can all bag the car as much as you want to and it wont faze me. I did put 18 on it for a starting price because you do tend to drop a fair bit when selling the car. I was looking for around 15-16 for it so i was close to what it is worth on the market. You tell me who puts 20 on a car and sells it for 20?? Your bloody lucky if you do. I have spent 30+ on it easily so i think at least half aint to bad. And yes i have also seen worse cars than mine go for more than that yet no-one bags them about it. None of you's have seen the car nor been in the car so how can you judge it? and for those that have seen and been in it il guarantee will say its worth 16k. The engine was just tuned to 362hp on 14psi last week and it did make 350rwkw or 470 odd hp on 22psi at the autosalon in newcastle a while ago not long after it was buit just not in this car as it wasnt ready at the time. I did say the car will be better with this and that but that came straight from my tuner on what he wanted me to do next!! The cannon can be taken off as i had a flange welded on to the exhaust after the diff. Than the cannon and bit of pipe has another flange and bolted up so all you have to do is weld 3inch pipe to a flange and bolt it on without taking the exhaust off. And no is isnt turismo blue either

i was only speaking to the people that have something smart to say about it, like the 2nd post, whats wrong with the paint, he hasnt even seen the car to decide on what the paint is like. I was selling it before but had too many smart ass comments so i took it off. i thank the people that agreed with me.
