yeah im familar with the fact that it always has been the engine that has let the car down so wouldnt that some how make it hpf fault as they build the engine and i know exactly what has been thown at it in terms of dollars plus alot more cost that you would not be aware of

i would love to see a quick na vl, na cars rev out so much harder. theres heaps of reasons to do it, its different, u may not like turbos, less stress on the engine, less attention from police. i wanted to build one from my bros old vl calais, but i prefer turbos and when i bought one they were getting cheap. fast vl turbos has been done, i want to see a fast na!

Yeah the turbo will go faster everytime but the amount of problems that come associated with it, is not worth the money that you have to keep shelling out, to fix it. Plus with a modified N/a you dont get pulled over nearly as much as a turbo and you see more time on the road. Youre only going to have problems with a turbo motor if you skimp on the build. If you pay peanuts you get peanuts. Spend the money and do it right, you wont have a hassle. Ive seen plenty of na RB motors that have had more issues than turbo ones. If you have the money and you do it right, you will not have a problem. But i understand what you mean, i just cant see the sense in putting money into an NA donk that still could get whooped by a magna or ea falcon.
