is there any way of unlocking it to avoid me making an expensive toll call?

quite simple cable goes into the back of the computer(same port as a modem would plug into) then it just plugs into the phone
and then just open the programe( cant remeber name off top of my head, a few years ago now) and it just had a option to enter a a new imei,
i probly still have all the programes and flashs somewhere on a disc, just dont have them on my computer as i have had 3 new computers since then.
i got them all of my mate he is still in the business but

i thought the imei code was imprinted on the phone and the only way to change it was by changing a chip on the board
this is why the k700i was such a hard phone to get unlocked in the day cause the chip was glued to the board like all new and not so new nokias
