probably too scared to leave it where they are staying 'cause someone might steal/key it. would be nice to see them do a lap of the streets though.
There was a beautiful mustang with a red/orange pearl paint job with a sticker on the back window that read "Stone chips are the real trophies" and we saw him almost every night crusing round and this thing was imaculate. I agree though, a lot of the supposid "Street driven" cars were no where to be seen on the street
Dyno comp was pretty sweet on the sunday. I really enjoy it as I see the engineering side of it more than anything else. The effort they go to in some of the cars is awesome. It was good to see Jake Edwards torana roll out over a 1000rwhp and the way TRYHRD is put together. Its a masterpiece. Gus Nichols dubber was tough. Jake was saying if the ute held together they where going to "lean" on it for the second and third run and shoot for 2150rwhp.
That black ute, the gold commodore and the white WB all had something in common...
their fuel and delivery systems.

I believe the white WB ran on Methanol
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
i dont get how tryhard won?? who understands how it works?? i see he won the SB class and the wb obviously won BB, but tryhrd is the hp hero apparently?
1st prize in horsepower heroes, not a bad way to spend $500k+.. all for a $2000 prize lol
im pretty sure TRYHRD won because they go off ur 2 best runs like a overall average.. guess they do that to make sure cars dnt just wind up the boost so the can do a hollywood run lol..
and dont think money is a issue with craig as his every day car is a brand new ferrari lol.
