Why go to all the trouble of reinforcing it? Just repair the damage man. Mount your subs in conventional boxes like everyone else and leave the chassis of your car alone! Oh, and with your trumps single legger from hell I don't know what would put your passengers in more danger - jagged shards of rear firewall or the gaurantee that you'll one day send your car into a pole. Before you work the profanity-sensor vertime on me for saying that, with an attitude like yours it will happen man. Will be a waste of a once-neat Berlina too...

Ok to answer your question.. Most RWC places wont really check.. I had a 10" hole in the middle of my parcel shelf that i never knew about until a mate pointed it out.. Passed RWC numerous times, new own never had an issues with RWC..

just use 100mm mdf for your parcel shelf and then the magnets from the 6x9's shouldnt hit.
