Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
6/71 all the way, you've seen the photo, you've heard and seen the toughness. I suggest you go supercharged, i've said that from the start. I suggest you drive it first, enjoy the nitrous and you'll see. Its a lot of fun on the street. I'm not sure of comp ratio i'll find out when the shop opens up. I know they are not off the shelf piston and are custom dished etc to suit nitrous.

Just a few questions
1. How hard is it to setup, I know its different than EFI
2. Tuning?
3. What type of turbo would be recommended
4. Would an SC be a better option?
288 solid cam
custom low comp dished pistons
100hp nos
shotpeened rods
heads havent been touched as of yet....
Hi Paul it's Brett.
If you don't have a budget, Go EFI.
What Comp is the engine running. We do turbo Gen III and they run at least 10:1 comp (but are a better designed chamber and alloy)
288 solid cam is all wrong for turbo. Lobe seperation is to close. The best results I've personally seen used a Lingenfelter camshaft with a 120 lobe sep.
Has the head had valve springs done yet?? if so do you know how many pound they are on the seat.
What engine is the car in?
Let us know.
