Several stupid arguments in there to be honest.. some good ones too, but 'owning' something is different to 'modifying' it (comparing modifying a car to owning a gun/computer? I own modified cars, a gun, and a computer, I must be ****ed then huh?) One of the best arguments is that someone who has modified their car likely cares more for it than someone who knows nothing about their car, some people know the colour and nothing else, so it's probably actually more roadworthy. The comment on 'consumables' is good. Most importantly, people crash unmodified cars all the time, and just as many nonmodified cars are pushed beyond their limits. Oh, and the only way to improve technology is to push it further, and explore it.

Yep, wider tyres = good, but apparently the wheels that let you fit wider tyres also cause you to run kids over, every time..
