the one that is giving me anal right now is the connection from the turbo to the intercooler. ill redo it as see what happens.

As bouras mentioned before it may be the silicon joiners as i had the same problem like hes and then i changed my joiners and ever since had no problem see how you go and get back to the thread.

some times the pipes can be too smooth and shiney were the slicon pipes sit on u can slightly put a texture on that part by roughing it up with a sand blaster( verry lightly cause of being alloy) or some rough sand paper. and if the silicon sleave is slimely it may have some of the realeasing agent still on it some times u can make it a little more taky by wipeing the inside of them with thiners taking that realeasing agent off that way the two surfaces dont slide on each other. this may help?

If anyone has a problem with any of the items that we sell we encourage they contact us before making threads such as this. We've had nothing but positive feedback on these kits and considering we provide Stainless Steel T-bolt clamps (often callled truck clamps) and bead rolled pipes along with tripple layer 4mm silicone hose I can't see why you're having a problem as you really can't get any better. it doesnt sound like theyre badmouthing ur product... but every car is different, and results will vary.. unless you personally fit every single kit you sell, some people just wont do them up as tight as others lol

It doesn't get any better than what you were sold and creating threads like this will certainly not help you out. Greg

man, everyone knows ur kits are top notch.. ive never seen or heard ANYONE say that theyre dodge at all. and if they were available to fit a cooler of my size, there would be one on my car right now! Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

the clames are really just there for sealing, not to keep the pipes togeather, As others have said you might been the bolt a plate over the joint..
