if your on your p's your really ****ed
i know for 40 k's over the limit is instance 6 months loss
then you've got to goto court and since you'll cop bout 6-10 demerits for the speed it means you'll loss your licence again due the 5 points in 6 months rule
for 60+ over i'd guess 12 months instant plus what ever the judge wants to slap you with
make sure u didn't loss ur licence on the spot, go into a cop shop and ask it could ave you another 500 or so

im going to see a lawyer tommorrow, tell him the situation, and if he says i can appeal it then i will, if he says its straight forward, no questions asked, then **** it, but my mate reckons he got let off by appealing, he also said he needed the car for work and uni, otherwise it was impossible for him to go to work and back to uni..

the officer said i lost my lisence for 24 hours, so i didnt atually lose them on the spot, im driving atm..untill the letter come in.
with your clean speeding slate you could contest the actual speed of the fine and tell them you were speeding but 63k's over the limit is rediculous and say if they did catch you why were you not flashed as you passed them?

On what grounds?
How many minutes or hours did you have your license for before you lost it again?
