I'm sure they could, they are one of the best workshops in NSW, i'm sure they would be more than happy to drill and tap a few holes.

yes i had standard turbo reg also moey2385 if he can post pic up of his bay he can show you same thing an the one from this thread, yes turbo ecu has higher fuel map but dont forget its all turbo gear running 280cc, but when you got all turbo gear with a non turbo ecu 260cc fuel map the injectors will pump to 280cc but the n/a ecu can only read 260cc meaning it will run rich.

Quote: Makes 256rwhp @ 10 PSI with hi-comp setup, stock turbo fuel system, N/A ecu and N/A box i had a big rant but it didnt work, and now i CBF in short, you will prolly find its a NA ecu remapped to VLT spec, with the injector values changed to run the NA injectors, or simply they have just put in VLt injectors. and in the first case, obviously 10psi is the limit of the Na injectors, other wise they would boost it more.

E-Z i think hes used vlt injectors becoz it says stock vlt fuel system...i 2 had a hi-comp motor and i was able to run vlt injectors on a standard n\a auto ecu..the thing wasnt remaped either was just a bolton job so i can cruise it that weekend

do you not think that holden had a different ecu and injectors from NA to turbo for a reason, sure it may work, and VLt injectors on a na ecu will run and run rich as yellow stated, but it is very unreliable, and not something a shop trying to buikld a reputation should do, i i myself ran a SC14 rb30 with na ecu and injectors.. it is inconsistant. and the reason it still works is if you have the AFM before the turbo its still only sucking air in, there is no pressure through the AFM, making it able to in a sense "guess" the mixtures.

if you were going to the effort of spending money on a manualised auto and an LSD diff, wouldnt it make sense to fork out an extra measly $80 for a 3TA ecu? just doesnt make sense to me... hi-comp conversions are ok while they last...
