You are only allowed to increase wheel size by 2" unless you get a permit which it sounds like you do Pete... never heard of the width issue though... Also you can get 225's onto 8" rims as i have 225's on the rear currently aswell...

Na they fit fine.. 8" VX HBD rims i bought from OLDGOLD a while ago... they dont look any different to 235's by the naked eye... just leave a slightly smaller mark on the road... prolly go back to 235's though so cops can't whinge about the different sizes between front and rear... i picked them up cheap is the only reason i went 225's.. bloke at tyre shop reckons 215's won't fit so yeah...

Apparently there is a new rule. OVERALL diametre cannot be any more than 1", or 25 cm larger than the stock wheel. Its what I have read and heard from a few Tyre shops...

Do i? i'll have to speak to some engineers, I have no idea.. Im thinking of just getting a led, and getting power from somewhere in the centre console, and just sort of let it hang there? or neatly install it near the shifter. With the 'sometimes i find myself int he wrong gear' lol, either your box is standard or you just need to get used to it... with mine you know when its in gear *cunk* .. Isn't it a rule with manualised auto's that you must still have nuetral lock-out with means you can't start the car in nuteral? Don't hold me to it though. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

nuteral/ park switch car can only be started in those 2 gears and yea you have to have that, same with reverse lights and speedo. I didnt get time to go down there lol between watching meet the perants and making a milkshake i was flat out , At the moment im having to make a nuteral park switch and a reverse light switches ill probly end up putting detent switches in the shifter somewere. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Ive got a Pro Ratchet and I have a permit for it. There is no light for night time driving but just learn to drive and you'll be right.
