that looks brilliant mate. I just found this dude, might be of intrest: http://www.tuned4street.com/index.php?showtopic=4116. This guy stuck a RB25DET into a VH, yeah, i know yours is vk, but still. Looked rather good. unfortunate turn of events when he did get it on the road though. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

vlt's are sex on wheels......come on they make anyone cream lmao......but vkrblown does have a point in one sense. How many vkt's do u see? I want individuality in a sense......although there has been a few turbo vh and vc's, i still would love a turbo'd vk. I love working hard for something which i know will work in the end i dnt mind the effort at all to make something different. Btw vlt's are still SO hard to pass up Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Go the VKt theres always other cars around, and ya got the rest of ya life to do other cars. If you succed, you'll be more confident modding cars up in the future, if you dont, well, you gave it a shot, maybe it wasnt ya triat but ya wont know unless ya give it a shot You've got the vk, plenty of people selling engines, or even pickup an old bombed vl where you can take the parts as you need them. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

TT Lexus V8. Best of everything and probably not much more than a decent RB26 conversion. This would be my ultimate combination

rather easy mate you need a vl k frame DO NOT cut and weld engine mounts too much f***ing round the k frame is maybe 10 bolts i think dont quote me. i would say going an rb30 just for convenience the rb26 is good yes but the br30 is easier and cheaper i'd say spend the extra money you save and build up the rb30 just get a wrecked vl and change over k frame engine gearbox and if you change the diff aswell you do not need a new tailshaft then swap wiring looms and computer. i'd say itwould be rather an easy project but would take time and some knowledge. hope this helps
