no, the 1990 VN SS Group A was. then VR GTS in the mainstream model HSV from 1994
Yes SShan-its the one from way out west on Ebay,he was having a clean out sale(divorce)and the GTSR was his last car to go.The other two cars were a GTO Coupe with factory sunroof(he told me one off)and a very clean VK Group A which a mate of a mate bought for a song.I don't understand VL GRA about the bubble for the roof?please explain.
Yup, the VN group A got the ZF 6 speed, and the VR & VS GTS got them, being T56's.

Better start saving i think
I attended the Sydney launch of the GTS-R. They had an interesting glow to them under the street lights.
Also spoke to the dealer about an F20 they sold that funnily enough is the one i own.
Corsa
Is it true that the GTSR colour yellow is baised on a Melb taxi back then?
Spot on with the colour, latest Australian Muscle Car Magazine (Issue 27) has an article on the 10 muscle cars under $30,000, it lists the GTS-R and mentions HSV slipping a them through the Holden paint shop when the cabs were being painted.
Very funny VL GRA,i asked ITS5.7 about that and the only thing he came up with was a sunroof.Up in QLD our taxis are either orange or white so i'm lucky.Hopefully no-one will yell out taxi when i'm crusing around except a Melbarian lol.
Driving home from work today i spotted 2 GTS-R's at a car yard in maddington
1 has been there for a while and the other just arrived
I know these are rare a rocking horse poo i was in aww when i seen them
anyone interested in buying 1 or another 1 (oma72)??
Do you reckon you could get the build numbers as i'm trying to record how many are around. So far i know of 2 here in Qld with a 3rd one that use to be in the HSV carclub. As for buying another one-i'm happy with the one i got plus the Walky, also there's no more room left in my garage.I'll let ITS5.7 know as he has stated since we picked up mine last weekend it has grown on him lol.
Thanks Oddysee,Craig(ILLUSIV)sent me the link for one of those GTSR's at Autoscene build number 61 so the other build number would be helpful. Also see if it has this sticker above the blinker on front guard How many km's is on yours oma? heres the link from Ebay of the GTSR i bought. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....MEWA%3AIT&rd=1 (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=008&item=180016364282&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&rd=1)
