07-09-06, 09:20 GMT+10#21 i have a hydraulic puller at work, so i pull the top bit off the bottom. i have not machined the bottom of the shifter, that's how they are. they don't have a thread on the them factory, i was originally going to screw the top bit's on but now going to use 3 rub screws in the bottom on the top section to hold it on, thius will also make them adjustable in height.
