notice that she asked for pics of vl's that were riding on STOCKIES with supers in the front and ultras in the back, and every single person who has posted pics yet has had larger than stock mags. VL HERO i wouldn't be bagging anyone if i was you.

That pic of mine was taken with a very near empty tank. With a full tank the guard sits about 10mm above the rim.

A full tank of fuel does not make your car sit lower at all... If a full tank of fuel does make it sit lower that means alot of cars where the fuel tank is on the side near the middle of the car will sit lower on that side of the car... The VL fuel tank does not sit direct in the middle its sits more to the drivers side... The biggest load of crap i have never read in my life... My 300 the fuel tank sit right in the middle as its a 2+2 the car does not sit lower with a full tank of fuel at all... As for people in the back seat well of course the car will lower abit with anyone sitting in the back seat... Go put some cement bags in your boot and see how much lower it will sit then... Dimples car sits lower then your car VLHERO... and has calais rims on his... And how can you remember how much fuel your car had everytime you take a photo?

Of course Dimples car sits lower with 15's. They have a smaller rolling diameter! I remember how much fuel was in it cause the car hadn't been driven in 3 months and I took it out for a photo immediately once it was moveable. If it will sit lower with people in the back seat why would it not sit lower with 60kg's of petrol in the tank? Your car might not because the weight of the fuel is dispersed more evenly front:rear I dont know, but I do know for a fact that mine does cause its my car and I've seen it with my own eyes. End of story. Quote: Originally Posted by ATMO_BT1 depends how saggy your suspension is Yeah true. Ultralows are the same height as Superlows out of the car, but obviously have a lower initial spring rate.

60kg's of fuel LOL!!! how do you work out that?? pull your fuel tank off fill it to a full tank then go see what the weight is.. Then take into the fact that weight of the fuel tank without fuel in it... Mate you need to understand one thing... Full tank of fuel does not make your car sit lower at all... It has to be with your suspension... Not fuel at all... So comon tell me why is it that some cars where the fuel tank is half way down the side of the car they do not lean to one side?? I can tell you for a fact that the new camry's fuel tank sides almost in the middle to the left hand side of the car... With a full tank it does not lean to the left... Its a bigger tank then what the std VL one... So if the VL fuel tank is a 60L tank that means that every litre of fuel has a weight of 1kg... LOL righto then... Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Like I said, thats just what mine does. Ive personally seen it sit at least 20mm lower with a full tank than it does with an empty tank. Yes it is my suspension that allows the weight of the fuel to make it sit lower. What have new cars got to do with anything? My car sits lower with a full tank and that all this is about. You cant say it doesnt unless you have personally witnessed it, which I have and I assure you it does. Ok maybe not 60kg of fuel, that was a stab in the dark. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

You say in another tread that you are VERY happy with your suspension setup... If it sags that much with a full tank I defiantly wouldnt be happy! http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=86064
