Mate I am good friends with kyle so I will tread lightly but I will say this...... That is some very impressive welding...... I have seen welding done by Troy Trapenier in the states a custom car builder and I would have to say its every bit as good...... Maybe your waisting your time with these manifolds...... But hey good luck competition is always a healthy thing in buisness.....

And if he can back it up with price, then I'd say it's fair game on! Let's not forget kids, calaisturbo.com.au isn't the only place in the world with RB type motors :p Best of luck with this Leigh, i know you'll look after the calaisturbo guys like you always have.

HAHA you took it the wrong way totally, typical of some of the people on here....... My point was with the quality of his weldingis second to none.... isnt he waisting his time fiddling round with manifolds surely he could put those skills to better use.....

whoa i don't check this thread for a few days, now i come back and you have pics of the plenums up smoothed and polished AND high energy sumps... what next for Duz Racing haha? Looks great dude, where exactly did you learn to weld may i ask? Was it by trade or purely as a hobby?

it started as a hobby but ive been welding professionally for 3 years now doing structural and architectual design and fabrication/welding. moving onto car stuff is just a natural progression for someone who is into cars lol
