How the fuck could you get that engineered? I was under the impression a 6/71 hanging out of the bonnet instantly made the car unroadworthy?

Ofcourse it is unroadworthy. The engineer has done a dodgy. Same as the 20 inch wheels. Vicroads states that they are just too big, no engineer can pass them they are the rules. But i'd love to shove it in the coppers face anyway.
