yeh fellas, i turned my car on today after work and i was admiring how dirty my car was and i could smell a slight petrol smell (which may indicate that there is a leak sumwhere) i layed on the ground to see if i could see anything dripping down but didnt see anything... ive decided to book it in for a check up on ALL fuel lines i have been driving VERY sedately aswell to conserve ptrol tub-383: thats sounds like it could be it.. cheers buddy

Mate have you changed your plugs and leads. My N/A wagon was running pretty sweet but chewed the juice and then it started running on five cylinders cauz the leads and plugs were rooted. Dont get much out of leads and plugs these days!!!! It only got about 5 years out of those plugs and leads.... lol Once I changed this the thing was running on the smell of an oil rag. If you have, then buggered if I know wtf is going on but it sounds like you have been ****ing around with every other thing on the car. Cheers Imtorqing Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

$65 @ $1.35 per litre (average) = 48 litres That means you still have 15 litres left in your tank, which will give you approx an extra 100km to go.. The fuel gauge isn't correct, common problem in VLs.

Henry: i usually fill up when there is still a fair bit of room between the needle and the red line, but yep, being a vl i suppose the problem could be as simple as that, will try it out, cheers! imtorquing: yeh im tryin to get a list of things that COULD be wrong and then give to mechanic and he can do all the dirty work in a day, its annoying booking your car in, and coming back with a $300 bill and the car running ****ter than it was b4.. thanks bruz
