worn sparkies can also be the cause of such symptoms. check to see if they're burnt out, might be due for a change

ok thanks ill check them too UPDATE its alot better now, running about 70-80% i did an engine flush, oil change(n filter) and cleaned the sencer plugs with wd40, i think it was the cas plug that was the culprid, as two of the connections had rust on them? unless they are copper or sumthing? stilll have to check: timing, spark plugs, clean the k&n pod(so dirty it aint funny), think thats about it Thanks everyone for there imput ps spools are sick can someone say around the round about we go, go go go!? just an update, the resone for no top end at all was that my cat had **** it self, and ther was like metal bands blocking up the =catback exhaust where it bolts up to the cat had pretty much no flow, there wsa only two that i pulled out not sure how many ther should be but i reckon thers probly atleast one down in the exhaust somewhere. the cas plug was corroided and that was the resone for the low down power lacking also the head was cracked, new one on now. everything seems ok for now lol.
