Unfortunately we don't do fabrication work in house, thus the kits are all the same and are very cheap.
Any exhaust shop could do this for you for a few dollars.

Just wondering if you can still use the standard air idle hose (throttle bypass hose) or do you need to get/cut a custom one? It seems that the outlet off the pipe is a bit further away from the throttle compared to standard.

This has since been rectified and there's now no need to get any extra length of hose.
It's probably best to change the hose anyway as most of the VL's I've seen are cracked (or very close too) from old age.
cheers,
Greg

We can include any clamps you like (obviously at a cost)
I can assure you that the clamps that are included are GREAT!! :)
(I'm using them on my own car)

I believe the fitment will be very close. Even if it were to be modified it would still work out to be a cheap option.

We will be making a kit up in the coming months for the AFM to sit in the intercooler piping as well as a replacement pipe from the turbo to where the AFM would usually sit. This should make some *dose* noise.
At this stage we're really just concentrating on getting these kits completed and here :)
cheers,
Greg

The intercooler sits flush with the bumper as seen in this picture:

The price will not be the same when the kits arrive.
When the actual kits are here the price will be $599 + freight (they're on sale for pre-buy purchases at only $499 at the moment)
cheers,
Greg

Hi mate, unfortunately it's not something that we can do as the intercoolers are made in lots of 50+ at a time.
You could get the end tanks of one of the usual intercooelrs that we sell (600x300x76mm) modified to suit.

We've just fitted the kit this afternoon to *YEP_boost*'s car.
He will have the kit on his car until the kits arrive.
If anyone in Victoria wants to see the kit in person I'm sure Steve will be more than happy to show you his engine bay.
Pictures should be up tomorrow or late tonight.
cheers,
Greg
