i just came up with the craziest idea, weld the doors shut, get bullet proof windows, and have an alarm that winds down the drivers side window when you de-activate the alarm. Dukes of Hazard style yeeha tim

Good god, this whole thing has gone out of hand. I didn't stick on my bloody window. I spent all my money on the car, so i had to wait till next pay to actually get the alarm system installed. potentially you could write up a fake note from a 'specialist' and leave it on your front seat, highly visible.. it would say that you have tested positive to a highly contagious, deadly, airbourne virus.. have a scruched up hanky next to it Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

know of someone a few years ago who's crappy run-about kept getting broken into out the front of his house.. he ended up putting timber with rusty nails poking up underneath the seat cover... of course I do not condone this type of activity...

As said above, you wont stop a theive just with locks alone, the only way you will truly stop a theif is to slow him down!! Prevention is the only way, this means.... Alarm, not that important - who honestly gives a second look?? IMMOBILISER!!! - If its crap have 2 Plates in the doors NEW door locks, and ignition barrel Centeral locking, prevents excessive wear to the locks - not important. WIND UP YOUR WINDOWS!!! Dont be a wanker with 100,000 high performance stickers on your windows, yes i am guilty of this lol but basicly its a shopping list for theives. Park in gear! Handbrake ON Turn steering wheel full lock when parking, towards gutter NOT road lol Kill switches on fuel pumps, etc DONT TELL ANYONE WHATS BEEN DONE TO YOUR CAR Try not to develop a patten of where you park, what time you come in, what time your next in the car. Make sure all doors are locked when leaving the car, yes it happens When having an alarm professionally installed, pay a little extra and get the alarm put in a custom location. Bar across steering wheel Chain peddles together All i can think of right now

do what they do in south africa to prevent car jackings and thefts. They hook up electric current to the doors and stuff, enough to kill any man. They also sometimes put flame throwers on the side of the car so when people try and jack you you can burn them alive. I will try and find the video on the net of other things that they do and post it up. Saw it a few years ago though. Funny as.

that is an awesome idea.. i might try hooking up a current to the metal door handles.. just enough for a shock that will make you not want to di it again.. of course build it into the car. not too messy, with a remote to turn it off... would suck when you forget to turn it off though.. i guess the first few times should help you learn to turn it off.
