Tuffer, as far as im aware the quickest N/A injected Holden V8 is GMVPSS with around 10 flat at 132mph meaning your's could soon be the fastest, probably not the quickest, nice effort in a full street car.

cam is a flat tappet "custom" with no specs :P had the car all ready went to calder and lined up for my 1st pass, done my burnout 7000 in 1,2,3 pulled out of the water, all seemed good stalled up to see if the front runners were going to hold the car and gave it a quick squirt to see how sticky my new tyres were! and then i line up and stage it, bring revs upto around the 4000 and they drop and off i launch until BANG!!! the diff exploded and locked up only getting me 10 meters out of the hole so back home i went very unimpressed, so now it might be time for a 9" ido11s;

I can only speculate right now about my new combo....... so I'm not gonna sit here sayin should would and could... Old car run a 12.9 @ 104MPH rev limiter @ the 1000ft mark Damn 4.1 gears ..... anyhow I'm way off the mark LOL I can report back soon as we are near completion on a Procharged Intercooled cammed CV8 monaro Can't wait to get back to the track. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I havent run mine yet, but a similar setup in a car with a toploader pulled an 11.2. So theoretically mine should be a few tenths quicker. So that isnt too bad considering its a relatively mild setup.....around 10.7:1 comp, BG 750, custom solid cam (similar to Crane 280), Vn heads. Im going to think about it for another couple of months, but i most probably will turbo my engine. I was thinking of putting a Vortech on it, but for around half the price, i can put a big single turbo like a GT42, which on only say 10psi will push my car easily into the 9s. I will modify my current carb and upgrade the fuel system with an Aeromotive A1000 pump and Aeromotive regulator, which can support 1100hp It all comes down to $$$$$........time will tell Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
