what type of american hip hop are you refering to? if you think american hip hop is **** you obviously have no clue about the whole rap genre. Aussie hip hop as much as i love it is clearly behind. And for the last time...weapon x and ken hill ****ing suck. But some of the main oz hip hop i listen to is Bias, Pegz, Hilltop Hoods (Not really getting the whole new album thing they have going on though), muph n plutonic, Brothers stoney, brad strut, matty b, andy struksha, lazy grey ,drapht, funkoars etc and in terms of any american stuff , necro, ill bill etc, mob deep, m.o.p, wu tang, nwa, eazy e, gza's solo ****, jedi mind tricks, jurassic 5, dj shadow and the list goes on

i go down for a lot of bliss n eso especially beer o clock and bim bam boogie download em they go off

those are both oldies but goodies, there day of the dog cd is good as well.
