haha, I wasn't being negative.. It's constructive criticism. It's up to you to come back with a response that makes me think. "hmm, maybe having a tacho isn't that bad after all" Your move.

considering my speedo is 20km's off cause of my gears and my rev techo doesnt work and being it a 5 litre i thought would be good to have it.. love the shift light being on as i rip mad burnouts :P as for having it in the vl, just used to seeing it on the 5 ltr and the standard dash one doesnt get my attention..

The more HP you have the less need there is for a tacho. you can't look at it when your car is trying to spear itself off the road into the wilderness. All you need a shift light and a quick hand to keep up.

shiftlight on the steering column or set back into the dash where the low fuel light usually is, why would you need anything else? Monster tachos do look ****ing tuff in 40 yr old muscle cars though

simple yet effective. also agree with what the other guys said, as soon as its on boost and the back tyres are fryin in 2nd, its handy to know when its about to hit the rev limiter. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
