there is a manual VLCT for sale at car sales with a 35/40, 22K i think he wants look good. Buying one already done will be a hell of a lot cheaper too.

because its silly. building cars is silly. most the people who are telling him to buy a finished car are the ones that have built cars already for themselves ie. me. take note of that

Why spend 40 or 50k to be 'different' and build your own? I've never built a 10sec car but I'm sure it don't come cheap... If you want to go that fast just spend 20-30k on something already well done and you can do numerous small things to make it yours and 'different'... Saves approx. 20k and a lot of fucking around...

He's got a gtr, hes had the satisfaction of of just buying a nice fast car. Now he want to have the satisfaction of building his own car from scratch, taking it for the 1st drive its ever had with 14psi pumping into it, thats satisfaction i could never go past.

Yea, its true, building a 10second car is not cheap and very frustrating. But spending all that time and individually pieceing it back together, with all the gun parts and a spankers paintjob, is very satisfying. And that first time it see's daylight and you hear the 10 second engine run is a feeling that is hard to beat, and it gets even better when you drive it...
