I'm in the process of rebuilding my car, and I haven't yet decided if I should stick with the standard turbo plenum (for standard looks for Mr plod) or if I should go for an aftermarket one for ease of intercooler piping, hence less lag, beter throttle response, more power at less boost, but at the cost of the wollopers not being to happy with it. The alternative? Get the factory turbo inlet power ported and keep the standard look but with more power for around the price of a JD Plenum. Of course the advantage of a forward facing plenum is ease of plug change, which, as we all know, is a pain in the rectum with the plenum and throttle body facing the way it does. These are the questions you have to ask yourself, what do you want it to do?

yes thats y i asked if there are any better on the market, i know jpc will whip one up for me through msc but im thinking a nice subzero one or something, something that will support easy 500kw and is proven for 9s.

big bmuni - pls pm your old mans contact details LTHLRB - my rb25 one will suppport anything you through at it and more. considering my vl one's are good for 9's and faster i cant see why the rb25 would not easily out do that because of the ports being so much bigger than the rb30
