i parked near to str8az in the carpark for autosaloon one year, it was absolutely nuts, i thought it got stolen after being on the 1/4 mile then he went home and it go nicked that night?
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
STR8AZ was stolen off the back of a tilt truck, actually the truck was stolen with the car on the back of it. It was parked in front of his house. They believe he was followed home from Eastern Creek drags one night by the low life scums that stole it. 2ANGRY was tough but the VK was an animal and the sound the supercharger made was awesome.
Yes car was stolen due to him leaving it on the tilt tray after the drags. Was one of my favourite cars. On street commodores 1 to hear that blower with the unique whine it made was awsome. Vk looked better than the VL in my opinion. Thats great he built the Vl though. Thats the first i knew of it.

Probably due to the repetitive nature. I think there has been 3 or 4 threads made about it.

Seems that way,He may of had a stroke or swerve to miss a child.Untill the result comes out it never pays to speculate.Seems strange thing to happen. But the main thing is that no one was too badly hurt(apart from a mans pride and joy)

This car has been around for years and a lot of time, money, blood and sweat goes in to building a quality car like that and it's obvious you have never experienced this so publicly defending the bloke driving the territory on a vl website is a bit silly don't you think marty...
