16-01-06, 12:17 GMT+10#21 Congratulations mate
Thats farkin awsome work getting a G180 to run those number.
25 year old straight 4. With just the help of a little hair dryer and booomm !!!! Wheel standing monster.
I live with 2 Gemi freaks. One just finishing a Blown G180 and another with a CA18DET conversion. They are going to love this.

16-01-06, 19:25 GMT+10#23 Thanks guys,
I took it to Heathcote 2 weeks after the 9.82 and it ran 2 more 9.82's at 139mph.I might go back to Calder soon, but this time I have to put a parachute on it (so much for it being a street car!!)
Here's a pic from the last Heathcote meeting and the video from it too.
Regards,
Darren

-Trimatic trans with 7500 stall (with transbrake)
-shortened VLT diff with ladder bar kit

C'mon Darren "LOPSI" is your old car that no longer exists after it nearly killed you at Heathcote.
Top street racer in it's day both on the track and around on the streets.
I can't believe your still playing with Gemini's at your age.

I remember my mate telling me years back that he raced this gemi with the plates LOPSI and it creamed him.. I had to explain that it was LO-PSI
