calais look so ugly wif the eyelids poped up.. i know heaps of high performance mechanics who specialise in vl.. ie gearboxes.. etc.. all of tell me that they disconect their clients eyelid motors because the look so bad up.

Not the best look in the world but still looks cool, it's funny parking near a wall and turning the lights on and watching the beams of light raise up.

I love the pop up lids.... they make the Calais what it is. But each to their own. Mine still work although if they get wet ie it rains or wash my car they start going up and down all by them selves!!!! Freaky!!!

haha, mine do! :P ..except the time the fuse blew, and they are much better up for night driving Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
