id be hoping for 16k evrypart of the motor and car is in exc cond good clutch int and bring a trailer for all the spares and im only missing 2 peices of the chrome strips thats why there not on the car

I think you will be struggling to get anywhere near 16. It's not an original Calais, original turbo and gearbox and needs a respray. There are 10 second original VLCT's that need nothing done to them for that price. I'd say you are probably only looking at half what you are asking.

i think it was an exec i dont know we just started with a bare shell and worked on it to get to where it is. but make me an offer i was just seeing if i could get 16k for it it doesnt offend me if u all so no worth a try but i will not let it go for 8k id rather let it sit in my garage and not get a cent for it

any offers over 10k? cars on here hav stock motor with over 160k on the clock and asking over 10 so i dont think its too unreasonable as they spent money on bolt ons but i on internals etc, a fresh forged motor with 1k on it wich one do u think will last with a big hp setup? this is just the way i am looking at it or should i have left the motor stock standard with 1000hp turbo bolted on it? and sell it for more?

There are some fcking idiots on this site. Don't let them pressure you into lowering your price. Your car is worth more than 8-10k. I think you would get around 11-13k for it mate. For christ sake people, this car still has 12months rego, its got a bullet-proof motor, calais look alike. I cant see anything wrong with the paint. It has rims. Wtf are you all complaining about? If you have nothing good to say about this car, dont say it in this thread. Go get your phone, call your mate and bitch to him about it. Its a nice car man.. Goodluck with the sale. Try advertising it in the trader as well. Lots of **** kickers on this site.

thanks dude for backing me up, i could have easily spent the money on a big turbo onto my stock motor but thought it was a logical order to strengthen up the motor before stressing it but cheers for the info i would be happy to get some offers about that price range

i also have too many spares to list polished front mount diffs calais wheels venetians,and whatever else is hiding in my garage
