Around $650 for the N/A inlet manifold and Bored XF throttle body.. think that goes from 68mm to 72mm..
Extrude honing is used.. 215cfm runner flow average.. up from 186cfm I think.. on a standard manifold.
215cfm is pretty good.. i saw someone mention a while back that they had made an N/A plenum flow 300cfm on every runner... thats pretty intence.. however they could have been full of crap..
300cfm? LOL I dont think thats possible.. not with the VL standard inlet manifolds.. both turbo or N/A..
Andrew Sanders has made a manifold based on the "coffin" design.. flows around 330cfm I think he said.. massive looking thing..
yeah.. thought that guy was full of it...
either ways, if you could manage 215cfm on every runner (well, within an acceptable error margin) the car would perform great.. and no doubt be capable of quite impressive power figures...

true, the three quickest VLT's have all got a different designed plenum and they all seem to do a great job.

True that. You could get very picky and do numerous tests to try and out prove each plenum. If your just looking for a plenum for a street application look around and talk to guys who runs the different plenums and ask for there opinion. End of the day...whateva works for you!
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

the rajab plenum is proven, and looks stock in the engine bay if not polished...
