He meant a car that is 500kg lighter than what the original motor came from.

I meant 800kg's but as I'd just read 500, thats what came out :S
Even tho 800kg is still not really correct. The LJ I think is the lightest torana (some others may be the same weight, but i like LJ's :P LH and LX are heavier...) Which is ~850kg stock. But they didn't come out with a V8 so by the time u put in a V8 and everything else it would weight a fair bit more, still considerably less than if you done the same to a VK or something simialar...
