looks like it'll be $115 each if we get 12 people in on it. you only get it for 4 hours though, which is only 20 minutes each..... IMHO that's pretty crap. we should organise a Calaisturbo Airport Roundabout Drift (CARD) day and get some video cameras out. block off both ends of the road with traffic cones and let it rip for ten minutes.

Oh i am so fu#kin in for that. IF Grant is keen of course! Yeah but that would be unreal. Only problem is you have to plan it on a rainy day. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

if anyone's out virginia way on a rainy day, there's a very nice roundabout with very little traffic. best is night time though, for obvious reasons. it's a first gear job, you can make it completely round without rear traction pretty smoothly, it's just the right size.

I don't think any round about beats the one between my home and work. ollie and Andy and all that know which one it is. Its about 30m in diameter and off-camber the whole way round. And to top it off, I swear the thing is built on a floating river of diesel. Its a brilliant 2nd gear (auto) drift-about.

i have found the best spot , it incorporates 3 round abouts and about 9 culdesac's , absolutely ideal for 2nd gear in the corolla - best thing is its about a 10min drive from my house and yes luke - that roundabout is one of the all time greats Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

But alas what about the old drift track near my house??? Andy and Osk can confirm the sideways action of those corners Scoota
