very true.. they can be off duty... i dont know how many poeple have lost their licences because of stupidity.. Especially when they do a burnout right in front of you... lol PLUS if your gonna do somehting stupid.. do it out of town.. Also,,, if your going to stand up next to a experienced police officer.. you Vs Him.. dont expect to win.. but it also really depends on the situation too.. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Guys, if your doing the wrong thing, and you get busted, dont come on here asking how to get off it, just pay the fine, loose the points , or your licence , whatever apply's, and wear it. Just face the fact that you were doing something you were not supposed to be doing and now your paying for it. I dont understand how you can complain about this.

all that aside, I am Quite sure warnings go on your reccord, all it means is that if you get caught again, And you claim you were in the right, they will use the warning against you, Police have discreasionary (no idea how to spell it, so I wont pretend) Powers, if they think you will str8en up and Fly right, they wont throw the book at you, depends on the copper, how he is feeling and His Discreasion...

hey beejay... if you seen someone driving with a tow ball on their VL commodore would you pull them over and give them a ticket... or at least a fine? i got pulled over a while back by some cop on a power trip, it was a beautiful sunday morning i was going for a nice little cruise with my girlfriend, was doing nothing wrong, inicating corectly etc etc when a cop follows me for about 1 minute, pulls me over goes heres a ticket for your tow ball as it obstructs the number plate.
