i started today- i managed to drill holes without taking the doors off, but for the back i used a Dremel to to drill the holes into the door itself. Bitch of a job but i got there in the end, it didn't help having crap tools. Now i just have to mount the actuators then run the wires. Is the easiest place to get the 12v power from the orange wire at the brake switch? I think i read that on another thread.

I mounted the black box under the dash shroud and found a constant power under there and tapped into that.
