Thanks Duz360 PhatVC - If you are chasing more info go to GMH-Torana forums and check out Howards (Alias Litre8) homepage about how he originally had his car. Theres also a few others doing this - have a look around. Also try Performance Forums and check posts by Jmac on Turbo 202's, he's very interesting. You can also PM him, he takes a while to reply but is very helpful.

Mate you are on the right track!!! I was looking into a similar option a few years back!! My combo: - Yella Terra big valve EFI head (modded for gas) - Power ported and port matched VK EFI intake manifold - Low comp (7:?) pistons - Gas research throttle body with (dual mixers?) - Custom exhuast manifold with T3 flange - VK electronic dizzy - Custom ground cam Can't remember what else but I could never decide which turbo would be best?? Would a T3 highflow be enough big enough? (Wanting to keep good torque and drivability a well as some top end poke??)

I'd stay away from turbo's larger than TO3's simply coz it'll add lag and produce more power which could cause reliabilty issue with the 202. A T28 would be off an R33 sykline GTST. Not as big as a T03 but not too far off it. Although the 202 (3.3ltr) is bigger than the RB30 it is not as well designed or effiecent. Therefore a smaller turbo would give it ample low to mid range power and make it feel like a larger capacity engine. I think mid 13's would be obtainable with a good gearbox, get ya Triamtic tricked up or something. You could use the same style of setup I'm using on my VL. Straight gas. Call this guy, (03) 53 483801 speak to Albert only, and tell him Morgan sent ya. He will tell you everything you need to know!

My bro might have a T28 if your interested, and a Highflow T28 which is stuffed, but you could swap the housings if you wanted too.

I'm currently going through this myself just need a few more months and it should be done. So far I have, MegasquirtnSpark Fuel + ignition ECU VL Turbo fuel pump VK EFI intake manifold custom turbo manifold IHI truck turbo (not sure if it's too big or not yet) Yella Terra Roller rockers 10mm ignition leads So far I have spent just under $800 I just need to find some suitable injectors and lower the compression. It's great to see people still turboing the Holden 6's, lots of people seem to give them ****. It's funny how they are capable of over 500rwhp...
