Take up Muay Thai... otherwise known as Thai KickBoxing. I've been doing it for about one year... along with Brazilian JuJitsu, it's the most effective martial art. It's pretty brutal... your average 'street/boxing/kungfu/karate' etc. fighter doesn't stand a chance against a Muay Thai fighter. The only other fighters who are of the same skill are BJJ fighters. Fortunately I've never had to use it outside the ring. If you practiced both Brazilian JuJitsu and Muay Thai... you'd be unstoppable. And hopefully I'll be taking up BJJ very soon. I think it should be mandatory... if you own a CalaisTurbo... you should have to learn some form of fighting. So you can protect your pride and joy. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Or just learn krav maga - Hebrew for "contact combat" Krav Maga is a simple, effective self defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios.
