Sammut racing 300zx drag car would with 7.8@178mph but thats if your talking about a car and not a rail as there may be a rail thats faster.
Chopa cars in vlturbo class and is the faster car with as already said 9.32 and velkovskis cars is in a different catergory with 9.51 both cars are full interior no nitrous cars but my guess is the vl would be heavier by a fair bit.torana has minitubs aswell.

But yes that was my point at the start. What class are you talking about? We can look at all 6 cylinders from Rails, full drag cars or street. Its like asking what is the fasterst V8 in Australia!! Where do you start Top Fuel, Top Alcohol, Top Doorslammer or Top Street?
you will notice the above list from fullboost does not inclube vl's because full boost separate the the 6 cyl class & the vl class because if they incuded all the vl's in the 6 cyl class then the 6 cyl class would consist of 95% vl's just to give those other 6 cyl a chance

However looking at the Dragster 4,6 and Rotary Outright makes for another story. No VL's in that list or RB30ET's for that matter.
