leave the bullers and such to the summer time, when its dry, hot and sunny -safer conditions. I agree with you Steve, a pep talk on raods etc etc would be invaluable!

eh.. throw em into the deep end i say... i never got a pep talk when i faced mt dandenong.. its not all that bad.. if your a half compettant driver you'll be fine.. if not, you dont deserve a car let alone a VLT.

Yeah I know what you mean Tim, but I'm not that worried about the roads around Mt. Dandenong. I'm more concerned about roads like on the Black Spur, and roads around Marysville and Warburton. There is some nasty, slippery, twisty black sh*t out there that can catch even the most experienced driver unaware. Case study: An ambulance went of the Balck Spur recently and killed the driver and passenger.... Both were locals and knew the road backwards... But I think most people who want to participate in an actual cruise and not just do Chap laps will no how to drive and do so responsibly. Steve.

Ok, mapped, and took a cruise along the route for my first cruise... Its up in Dandenong Ferntreegully Way, so out of my way a fair bit, found a goob BBQ spot so yea, I've just gotta set a date, a nice sunny day!
